	Riley Riley was hit by a car and had to have his left front leg amputated from nerve damage. This is a very sweet loving boy who has now been adopted by his foster mom!
	Mr. Eko has now found his loving home! He came to us with very bad skin, sick and with pneumonia so we nursed him back to health and found him his forever home.

	Darcy (on right) adopted by Patti P. My daughter Jaime moved to Texas 4 years ago and being away from family she wanted someone to come home to, so she adopted Chewy from your organization. About that time, I lost my beloved Boxer girl, Alex, whom I had for a short 9 1/2 years. Jaime knew how devastated we were, so when she was coming home for a business trip, she brought her second adoptee, Gracie with her, to stay with us. Chewy was with Texas friends. Needless to say, we fell immediately in love with Gracie, and wouldn't let her take her home. Gracie is a pistol and needed a friend, so I flew back to Texas and adopted a little brother for Gracie, Georgie. Well, Chewy and Georgie fell instantly in love, became best buds, so I could not separate them. I flew home without a friend for Gracie, but knew that Chewy and Georgie were playmates in a loving "forever home" with Jaime. Barbara called and told us about a little girl, Darcy, that was undergoing heartworm treatments and mange condition, and asked if we'd be interested in her. Just knew, without seeing her, that she was "ours".....so in December, I flew back to Texas and brought our Darcy home. The girls are best buds and our home is once again filled with love and laughter with the pitter patter of little feet. I am ready to adopt another sibling for our two girls...don't tell my husband! The girls sleep with us and go everywhere with us. Thank you NTBR for completing our family. - Fondly, Patti

	Nitro adopted by Vicki S. 03/08/03 My boys and I adopted Nitro on March 8th. Here is my story: March 8, 2003 will always be a memorable day for our family because it is the day that NITRO entered our lives. This beautiful Boston Terrier has brought great joy to our household and we are working on making him feel at "home". Nitro is a very sweet, well trained, very enjoyable dog. Thank you TEXAS BOSTONS.

	Spike adopted by Glenda B. 06/01/03 My husband and I were adopted by Spike on June 1, 2002. We have one other Boston, named Roofus, and we wanted him to have a playmate. (Truthfully, my husband needed a buddy, as Roofus is my dog). Spike loves not only us, but our grandchildren. We don't know what we ever did without our "Theodore Spike", and will always be grateful to NTBTR for allowing us to have this wonderful addition to our family. Thanks, Terry & Glenda B.
	Abby adopted by Pat & John G. Lucy (Abby) came to us in Dec. 2002 after we lost Alec to congestive heart disease. Her story is that she was a breeder, very much underweight and had a skin disorder. She has gained up to 19 lbs. and her coat has filled in nicely. She loves to play with Desi, curl up in your lap for lots of love, and is thoroughly spoiled.

	Tiny(TAZ) adopted by Monica F. He entered our lives by no chance of fate; We only regret he got here so late. We’re so thankful for all the love he gave; In our hearts forever that love we’ll save. His zest for life was a lesson to all, With gusto he chased and retrieved his ball! When the dark days came, the lesson he gave Was how in distress to remain so brave. He never complained about loss of sight; He just kept on living with all of his might. He’s one of God’s angels, loaned for a while; Through the tears his memory still makes us smile. We’re blessed to have loved, even though we’ve lost; We’d do it again not counting the cost. For the joy he gave money cannot buy, Only those who have loved know why we cry. 	Maggie adopted by Steve B. I adopted "Maggie" in January 1999. She was a skinny stray who only weighted about 11 pounds. She now weights about 20 pounds. She was so hungry she ate 5 cans of dog food her first day! I was referred to the lady who found her by the North Texas Boston Terrier Rescue group.

	Mr. Tibbs adopted by Kevin E. I cannot tell you what it has meant to me to have "Tubbs" (Mr. Tibbs) in my life! As you can see by the picture-- He has made himself very much at home-- And as of July 24th, when Tubbs was brought into my life, my house has felt like a home again. His stitches have healed nicely, and his once timid nature is a thing of the past! Thank you for everything--
	Jenna adopted by Ronnie and Susan O'B. Jenna came to visit us on June 25, 2002, all 20 pounds of her; compared to Toby she was a giant. Jenna immediately went for all the toys lying around the house, hoarding them into a pile. We had found the daughter that we were looking for. We braved the long month ahead in which Jenna took her heartworm treatment, and the loneliness we felt after she left. Barbara kept us informed during the whole process as Jenna was treated. On July 28, 2002, in the early afternoon we anxiously awaited the return of Jenna to her new home. When Barbara and Roy drove up, and walked up the sidewalk, there was Jenna just as happy and loving as before with that beautiful smile. It has been a year now (and six additional pounds and an additional four month old Boston puppy), and Jenna still has that beautiful smile every time we come through the door (along with most of the toys). Our biological son and daughter and our three Boston children complete our life in every way. Thank you, Barbara and Roy, & N.T.B.T.C. for the addition to our family.

	Daphne adopted by Denise M. This is my Daphne and in December she will have been with me for two years. I love her so much and she is the easiest of my bostons to handle. We call her Sis most of the time and she knows she is very special. Thanks so much for Kathy letting me take her in.
	Max adopted by Bill an Denise C. I have had dogs all my life, but I have never seen a dog who is such a bundle of love. He has never met a stranger and loves his belly rubs from whoever will give it to him. Our grandchildren adore Max and he loves them in return. Thank you so much for bringing him to us (or us to him).
	Lucy adopted by Don and Nan R. Lucy is a delight, she has captured our hearts and the "welcome home" is overwhelming. She is so beautifully mannered and such a lady. It is the first time in years that I have had another girl in the house and I am enjoying it ever so. She loves being our constant companion including her joyous car rides.
