Adoption and Foster Application

The answers you give on this application will help us find the best possible match between you and the dogs available for adoption. If any information is omitted, the application will be discarded. We reserve the right to refuse any applicant and/or inspect the home environment. In addition, if we discover that any information on this form was knowingly falsified, we have the right to take back possession of the dog. We will adopt within the state of Texas and out of state on a case by case basis. We will not ship our rescue dogs. The adoption fee ranges from $150 to $400 depending on the age and health of the dog.

PLEASE NOTE: At the time of adoption, you will be required to sign a contract committing to the care of the dog. In addition, a rescue volunteer will be responsible for confirming that you have visited a veterinarian and obtained heartworm preventative within the time allotted.
