Boston Terrier Rescue of North Texas
Adoption and Foster Application
Please complete this online form, or email us at btrescue@texasbostons.com for a printed copy to complete and return by mail.  Thank you for your interest in Boston Terriers.
The answers you give on this application will help us find the best possible match between you and the dogs available for adoption.  If any information is omitted, the application will be discarded.  We reserve the right to refuse any applicant and/or inspect the home environment.  In addition, if we discover that any information on this form was knowingly falsified, we have the right to take back possession of the dog.  We will not approve adoptions to homes outside our region.  Please do not ask us to make an exception.  If you live outside these areas we will try to refer you to a Boston Terrier rescue group closer to you.

PLEASE NOTE:  If your application is approved, we will require a minimum donation of $200 to defray costs of veterinary care for our rescued dogs.  Also, at the time of adoption, you will be required to sign a contract committing to the care of the dog.  In addition, a rescue volunteer will be responsible for confirming that you have visited a veterinarian and obtained heartworm preventative within the time allotted.
