There are a few things that you need to be aware of before you continue.

We are a small organization and our time is limited. When you fill out the application be sure to fill it out in it's entirety. We get way too many applications that do not have a vets name, location, and Phone number included. This is required. We do not look up phone numbers. Your email address is also required.

We have to have this information so we can do a background check on your present and past pets. Basically we are inquiring about 3 things that you as a responsible pet owner are adhering to.

We have to know if your current and past pets were current on:

1. Heartworm preventative

2. Current on vaccinations

3. All pets spay / neutered

If your vet cannot verify all three of these requirements, you will be declined as a potential foster or adopter. The only instance in which number 3(above) would be waived is if you are a reputable show dog breeder or shower and we can verify it. If you do not have a current vet you must include the vets name and Phone number you are going to use. This is so we can do a post adoption follow up.
